What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type, tooling category, project location, required start date and the scope of work you describe. If you email or phone us directly we keep the details you give us.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and arrange and manage any hire or services you take with us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you go ahead, performing a contract with you. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Quote form submissions are delivered to us by email using a third-party form service (Web3Forms) and our email provider. We may share details with couriers, vessel operators or subcontractors only where needed to deliver your hire, and with authorities where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to 2 years. Records relating to hires and invoices are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes (normally 6 years).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy.
